Scottish Oak Quaich

The Quaich, (Gaelic for “cup”), is a traditional Scottish drinking vessel,crafted from wood.  Known as a cup of friendship, it was used to offer a welcome or farewell for guests. 
Our LSC quaich combines the traditional with the contemporary: the traditional woodcraft of turned oak in this fresh design incorporating a sterling silver disc, each one individually hammered to reflect the light.
Comes with a scroll with information about the quaich. 
Measures 9cm in diameter.
